Temperature:

Avoid high temperature environment: the thermal deformation temperature of ABS plastic is 70 - 107 ℃ (generally around 85 ℃). Avoid placing the tail box in a high temperature environment for a long time, such as a place exposed to direct sunlight or close to a heat source, otherwise the tail box may be deformed. In the summer high temperature, try to park the battery car in a cool place.

Pay attention to low temperature performance: Although ABS can still show a certain degree of toughness at -40°C, it can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, but in cold weather, the material of the tail box may become brittle. It is easier to break or damage when impacted by external forces. In the winter low temperature, to avoid the tail box by violent impact.

Daily use:

Prevent scratches: The surface hardness of ABS material is relatively high, but it may still be scratched by sharp objects. During use, try to avoid contact between the tail box and sharp or rough objects to avoid scratches and affect the appearance and service life. If the surface of the tailbox is slightly scratched, it can be treated with a suitable polishing agent.

Reasonable load: do not place heavy items in the tail box, so as not to exceed its carrying capacity and cause deformation or damage to the tail box. At the same time, pay attention to the way the items are placed, and try to distribute the weight evenly to avoid excessive local force.

Avoid chemical erosion: ABS plastic is not affected by water, inorganic salts, alkalis and a variety of acids, but soluble in ketones, aldehydes and chlorinated hydrocarbons, glacial acetic acid, vegetable oil and other erosion will produce stress cracking. Therefore, to avoid the tail box contact with these chemicals, such as do not put the container with organic solvent in the tail box, if accidentally stained with chemical substances, should be promptly wiped clean.

Maintenance:

Regular cleaning: Use a mild detergent and a soft cloth to clean the surface of the tail box regularly to remove dust, dirt and stains, and keep the tail box clean and tidy. Avoid using aggressive cleaning agents or rough cleaning tools to avoid damaging the surface of the tailbox.

Check the integrity: regularly check the various parts of the tail box, such as the box, lid, lock, hinge, etc., to see if there is any damage, looseness or deformation. If there is a problem, it should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure the normal use and safety of the tail box.

Prevent the decomposition of flame retardant (for flame retardant ABS): if the rear tail box of the battery car uses flame retardant ABS material, the barrel should be cleaned with general-purpose ABS before processing when starting up. Before shutting down (referring to those who shut down for more than 20 minutes), the temperature of the barrel must be reduced to below 100 ℃, the material in the barrel must be emptied, and the barrel must be cleaned with general-purpose ABS before shutting down, the purpose is to prevent the flame retardant from decomposing.

Reasonable use of recycled materials (if involved): For primary or secondary ABS recycled materials that are clean, free of impurities and decomposition products, they can be used directly after crushing or mixed with new materials, but the mixing ratio is generally not more than 25% of the new materials, so as not to affect the performance. For the regeneration of more than 5 times or add a colorant recycled materials, generally not mixed with new materials, mainly to prevent the cause of color. Moreover, whether it is a separate recycled material or a recycled material mixed with new materials, it must be dried according to regulations before it can be put into molding processing.
